What is it about Jacuzzi’s that make them so popular and desired? Maybe everyone wats to have a taste of that good life portrayed online or maybe just to get an escape from reality.

It is rather frequent that we jump on our phones and surf the internet: “how much for a Jacuzzi?”. Things are so easy with access to the internet, but prices can vary quite substantially depending on the area, space availability and additional extras you might need/want.

Jacuzzis are no cheap buy or installation process. You probably already knew that before starting your search on the vast inter-web. Curiosity will always remain humane – especially when you find yourself imagining the amount of luxury this investment could bring to your backyard.

What will affect the price of your jacuzzi bath of interest? – looking from a Techno Spa CPT perspective.

  1. Jacuzzi’s come in many shapes and sizes and require different equipment and systems to operate. Techno Spa CPT, for example, have 11 different bath models. They range from a two-seater all the way to a 12-seater.
  2. The size of your bath and the number of jets will determine whether you need a singular or dual-pump system.
  3. Next, you’re going to choose the wooden box that will surround your jacuzzi. This is of course optional – you can also have the tub lowered into the ground or into your decking floor, however, these options come with their own struggles and labour costs. There are three different wooden surrounding types: Pine, Meranti and Garapa (Pine being your cheapest and Garapa the most expensive). You can also opt for the most popular and least maintenance option: Composite – this one is quite a pretty penny though, setting you back almost double the cheapest wood option.
  4. There are some more optional extras, but let’s keep it at a basic for this article’s sake. Your base model will start from R21 950.00.

Benefits of Hot Tubbing

Besides your new-found bloating rights, there are some more benefits for lounging in a Jacuzzi. Stress relief, muscle relaxation, improved sleep, pain relief, better cardiovascular health, improved insulin sensitivity and burning calories. In fewer words, an improved overall health and quality of life. Although, the very first mentioned benefit probably out-weighs the latter few.
